Confidence Hypnosis: How Great Can You Feel?

Take a seat and allow yourself to focus on a spot on the wall in front of you.


As you focus on that spot, I'd like you to take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to feel all your muscles from the top of your head down to your toes and with every breath out, you become more and more relaxed...


Feel your body slowly soak and seep into the soft, comfortable fabric...sink deeper and feel absolute comfort...with every breath out you feel yourself sink deeper and deeper into a relaxed state of mind...


As you become comfortable and you are fully relaxed allow your breathing to become gentle and start to close your eyes softly and gently rest into the seat, absolute safety and comfort surround you. You are somewhere safe and happy...you are in a beautiful field with flowers and you gently run your fingers over the top of the petals, not to disturb them but just to feel that level of gentle calm in your mind.


You see a mirror at the end of the long hallway, you want to see your reflection, you want to see who you will become but there are signs telling you you're not smart enough, pretty enough, kind enough, but you know deep down inside you are. As you walk down the hall, hung up on the walls are comments that people have said about you in your past that are false. You look at each negative comment and you replace it, and you replace it with the truth. The belief of who you are and what you are capable of.


With every negative comment you replace it with a self-love comment and with every opinion you crush, you become stronger, you truly know who you are, what you like, how you feel and what you are gifted with. You forgive yourself for not living up to people's expectations and you also forgive yourself for not trusting yourself.


With every negative in your past turned into a positive, you are able to walk taller, smile wider and have a spring in your step. With every step you are getting closer to the mirror. You see your reflection but this person is not you now, it's the you that had the self-belief to achieve and be whoever or whatever they wished.


You've allowed the opinion of others to bring you down but this person in the reflection stands tall, proud and happy. You look into your eyes and ask yourself how? What did you have to do to get there? How did you have to learn to be the real you, to understand who you are and why you feel the way you do? You listen closely to what the reflection tells you - change every negative thought over time with a positive thought, every negative action into a positive action and you learn that by loving and trusting who you are, you can achieve anything.
